How To Book - Budget Outdoor Party Hire

We will be closed from Thursday 4pm March 28th reopening Tuesday 8 am 2nd of April.
All hires will be charged at the regular weekend rate, local pickups and deliveries will be done Thursday the 28th collections and returns will be done Tuesday the 2nd. Please call our warehouse on 07 3548 2973 or email through your enquiries for this period.

Christmas Trading Hours

We will be open Tuesday December 24th from 7AM to 4PM reopening Friday December 27th from 7 AM. We have left December 26th open for online orders but returns will have to be on the 27th.
Deliveries will commence Sunday December 22nd through to Tuesday December 24th 2PM. Collections will start Friday December 27th 7AM.

Shop Closure

We will be closed from Saturday, January 4th, until Monday, January 13th.
You can book online 24/7 for any dates after January 13th. Emails will be checked nighty and responses will be emailed back within 24 hours.

How to Book Guide

Step 1 - click on the booking now button or image of the product you would like.
Step 2 - select the pickup/delivery date and time
Step 3 - select the drop off/ delivery date and time
Step 4 - select the quantity
Step 5 - Then hit the book now button, the item/items will now be in your cart 🛒 and should have the quantity in it. Now continue on with your order following the same steps. Once you're finished putting all the items required for your event in the cart, you can now checkout.
Step 6 - select your cart and please read our rules on local pick up then checkout.
Step 7 - Fill in all the billing details.
Step 8 - Several options will come up as scroll down, for example, marquee set up, as you continue down you can select local pick up from our warehouse in Sumner or you can select delivery.
Step 9 - select your payment method and tick the box saying you have read our terms and conditions then hit the place order button.

Congratulations! You have now placed your order with us, you will automatically get emailed a Tax invoice and a booking confirmation, this will not happen if you have chosen direct debit, with direct debit you will be emailed our bank details and your items will be on hold only and not confirmed, you will have 48 hours to either make payment via bank transfer or call us to take payment over the phone, if we don’t hear from you your order will be automatically cancelled.
